Let’s be real here. Lately I have been struggling with my anxiety, it’s a continuous battle I have been fighting within. I dealt with anxiety before I had Mia, it seemed to get more intense after I had her, and now that I went through the loss of our baby its only seemed to get worse. I will be the first to step up and talk about it and what I have done to help myself get through it. Many people don’t even know I struggle with this, only my close friends and family. Today I want to share with you my top 10 daily affirmations to help with anxiety.
