I get questions on if I ever eat breakfast and if I do what are my go-to breakfast foods because I always leave for work early. Y ’all, I am not a huge breakfast person. I do not usually have an appetite in the mornings. I am trying to challenge myself to eating breakfast a couple of times a week, especially because some days I do not eat anything until dinner when I get home from work.
