How to throw a toddler birthday party on a budget
Happy Monday Lovelies,
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. My baby girl turned TWO on Saturday!! I cannot believe how quickly time is passing. We had a great time celebrating her on Saturday with all of our friends and family. I am so happy the weather worked out great for us, it was supposed to storm.

Mia has been obsessed with jumping lately so, we had to order a bounce house of course. We definitely wanted to stay in budget for her party. I wanted it to be nice but, did not want to spend hundreds of dollars.

The decorations are my favorite part, we went with the “Oh Twodles” Minnie Mouse theme so I made sure all the colors matched. Plus Mia is currently loving Minnie Mouse so she really enjoyed it. I did a cute Happy Birthday photo wall with Minnie and Daisy. The cake/dessert table was my favorite. We had a 5ft balloon garland made for above the table and it was amazing! We received so many compliments! Morgan did such a great job with getting the colors perfect and the size. She does so many different types of balloons from garlands, bouquets, and single large balloons. You tell her the theme, colors, sizing and she will deliver. You can check out her page here! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Lastly, the cake and cookies. I love love love how these turned out! We went with 3 layers on the cake, it was white cake topped with chocolate. We went simple with the topper and just did the #2 candle. The cake was so good, everyone loved it. I was so excited when I went to pick up the cookies, I showed them a picture of what I wanted and the certainly delivered. The exceeded my expectations.

Those were the top things that we knew we wanted in our budget. Of course we did pizza and drinks as well at the party. Utilizing our grocery store for the cookies and cake helped us stay on budget. I can say including the bounce house we stayed well under $300 to throw her birthday party. Which is way better than what I did for her first birthday last year. Do you have any tips to stay on budget when throwing a party? I’d love to hear, please leave them in the comments below.
