How To Celebrate Valentine’s Day With A Toddler

How To Celebrate Valentine's Day With a Toddler
Happy Valentine’s Day!
Have you been loving all the valentines outfits I’ve shared the past week? I know I’m slacking this week, everyday has been super crazy with work. I don’t why I even bother questioning why it’s been so crazy.. lol I mean. I do work in retail. I wanted to recap how my Valentine’s activities have gone. And. Let. Me. Tell. Y’all. It’s been so much fun sharing different outfit looks for Valentine’s date nights. But now I’m going share about Mia.
A couple of weeks ago I took Mia to the Creative Chateau here in Houston. They had the CUTEST set up for valentine’s. They had a huge heart made out of balloons. Mia was obsessed with them! I got some really great shots of her while we were there and guys, she did NOT want to leave. She’s obsessed with balloons.
This morning I woke up Mia up to a room full of balloons, a box of the cutest cookies, and a Minnie Mouse for Valentine’s gifts from Effram and I. She was way too excited at 6am. I’m not sure how little kids can have soo much energy that early in the morning. I mean, dang I wish I could get some of that energy. I am dragging.
We want to keep Valentine’s Day simple with Mia and not go too crazy. She’s only a year old and would rather play with Tupperware than the toys we buy her anyways. Lol.

What are some things you do special for your children on or around Valentine’s Day? Let me know in the comments.
